What should I expect once I use your service?

The amount of response varies for each company, it depends on your industry or region and/or area of specialty. We recommend that you select industries that best match your criteria.

If I come back later, will my information be saved or will I have to start all over again?

All the information that you entered will be saved and can be deleted, updated, and/or modified as long as you remember your user ID and the Password. When you visit home page www.ResumeDispatcher.com, choose the “Existing Member” link on the left side, enter your email address and password, and you will be able to edit your profile or pick up where you left off.

How can I change my company information and/or resume preferences e.g. e-mail address, address, etc.?

There are couple of ways you can change your contact information - You can either e-mail us your new information along with your User ID and Password - or you can log-on as an existing member to update your profile and update your resume.

How do I get in contact with the candidate? Do I have to go through you or do they contact me directly?

We have developed an advanced Messaging System that allows both jobseekers and hiring companies/recruiters to contact each other directly. If you are an existing member and have used our service, simply log-on as an existing member and Click to View Resumes. Our system also allows hiring companies and recruiters to set up interviews in real-time.

How will I know that my account has been activated?

We keep you informed of every activity that takes place on our site. Once you have successfully created you account, we will send you an e-mail confirming your account activation. Further, you can log-on as an existing member and view detailed statistics about your account.
